It is the very latest way to remove excess fat without surgery. Fat may be removed from under the chin, cheeks, jowls, neck, upper arms, breasts, chest, abdomen, buttocks, hips, inner and outer thighs, knees, calves, and ankles. Because it uses a tiny incision of just 4mm and the fat is dissolved, so it can be removed as a liquid, the after effects are minimal

What is VASER Lipo and how does it compare to traditional Liposuction?
VASER Lipo is the latest technology for fat removal. A small probe transmits ultrasound energy to break up the fatty tissues. VASER differentiates targeted fat from important tissues such as nerves, blood vessels and connective tissues, which are left intact. The liquefied fat is then removed through very gentle aspiration.
It is much less invasive than traditional liposuction and is performed under local anesthetic rather than general anesthetic.
VASER allows for greater volumes of fat to be removed and has a shorter procedure time than SmartLipo. However, as our doctors are highly experienced in both tecniques, they will be able to advice which is the most appropriate treatment to you.
What are the advantages over traditional Liposuction?

Am I suitable for Vaser Hi Def?
Vaser can help remove stubborn localised pockets of fat. However, it should not be considered weight-loss procedure. If you are in good health, follow a sensible diet and you wish to lose stubborn pockets of fat, Vaser lipo is ideal for you.
Does the treatment hurt?
The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic, so you will feel no pain during treatment. You may have minimal bruising post procedure.
How long does the treatment take?
This is totally dependent on how many areas you’re having treated, but generally between 1 and 3 hours.
How quickly will I see results?
In most cases the results are visible immediately but will continue to improve over the following months.
What are the side effects?
Vaser has been a hit in the USA now for almost 3 years and overall has a very good safety track record.
There may be post procedural bruising and swelling but is very minimal when compared to the Traditional Lipo suction.
What is the Down Time?
Downtime is minimal and you can resume normal activities almost immediately, although it is best to avoid gym work or exercise activity for one to two weeks.
Do I need to wear a special compression garment?
After treatment, patients wear a special compression garment for 7 to 14 days to help minimise bruising and swelling.
